March Networks at the 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games
Stay tuned for an exciting announcement on how March Networks is helping to provide security for the Olympic and Paralympic Games! Our March Networks team in France, along with integration partner, RJ45, have been working closely with security providers to keep athletes, staff and spectators safe at the 2024 Olympic Games in and around Paris.
With the many events scheduled, someone you’re cheering for will likely be caught on a March Networks camera!
Happy Pride Month!
At March Networks, we believe in supporting and uplifting our community and our world. Our company is committed to working towards a more inclusive future for everyone. This year, as in previous years, we marked Pride Month by donating to Kind Space, a community center in our Corporate HQ city of Ottawa, Canada, that provides invaluable resources, events, social and educational programming for the 2SLGBTQI+ community.

ESX
At ESX in Louisville, Kentucky June 4-6, March Networks answered questions and demonstrated our cloud-based intelligent video surveillance solutions – like March Networks Cloudsight, our new camera-to-cloud solution, Searchlight Cloud data analytics platform, and Insight, our remote health monitoring service for Enterprise surveillance systems. NRF Protect
March Networks exhibited at the NRF Protect Expo from June 5-6. It was a great opportunity for our team to demo our security and LP solutions for retail, C-Stores and restaurants large and small. This included how to leverage your video surveillance system to track conversion rates, improve speed of service, reduce investigation times, audit stores quickly and efficiently, and conveniently package and share case evidence. Convergint Connected Communities Event for Financial Institutions
We partnered with Convergint and sponsored the Southern California Financial Industry Connected Communities Event at Topgolf in Ontario, California. Channel Account Manager Art Cunnington (see photo of his expert swing!) spoke with financial specialists about how AI and automation is making video surveillance more valuable than ever before, and Sales Engineer Patrick Hart was there to show how. The Topgolf tournament was a blast, and our charity raffle added a meaningful touch, giving back to the community.

Anh Vuong, Manager, Customer Success
Anh plays a significant role in our managed/hosted services team. Managing the day-to-day activities of Insight, March Networks’ cloud-based remote health monitoring solution, and Searchlight Cloud, our data analytics and loss prevention platform. As Customer Success Manager, her main goal is to ensure customers’ surveillance systems are always up and running at optimal levels. Anh has developed improved processes for our 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC), manages year-end reviews for our hosted customers, and has created new Service Initiation Workflows to increase customer service and remote issue resolution capabilities. Her work has a direct link with our ROI, protecting our customers’ bottom lines. For example, one of our global financial customers has seen a 55% reduction in service calls since signing on to March Networks cloud-hosted services, saving thousands of dollars every month on travel and technician costs.
Our global sales team relies on Anh’s talent for training, onboarding, and providing demos to potential customers. Anh is one of the recipients of March Networks’ Most Valuable Person Award, as voted by our sales team. Connect with Anh!
