The Challenge
Synovus, a financial services holding company with 31 community banks and more than 400 branches in the U.S. Southeast discovered that it was unable to efficiently administer its video surveillance system as the number of video recorders in the field multiplied over the years. It was also difficult to monitor the health status of the equipment.

The Solution
By opting for a March Networks solution, Synovus security staff are now able to remotely configure recorders, manage user privileges, install software updates and oversee the health status of recorders, hard drives and cameras at branches spread across five states.
